Painting:
Works under the direction of Trades Maintenance worker, Paint crew leader and assistant crew leader. Performs all types of painting duties, including cleaning, masking, spackling, sanding, caulking, removing wallpaper, and using brushes and rollers to apply paint, and performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Must be able to work well with co-workers, customers, and general public. Employees in this position must be able to competently and safely use painting equipment, cleaning chemicals, and be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
Workers must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution or provide documentation of other student status.
Preference will be given to UO students. Applicants must be 18 years old by June 14,2010. Student employees in this position must be able to do sustained physical labor in all types of weather conditions, follow written and oral instructions and practice safe work procedures. Workers will be required to present photo identification; social security card; proof of age, Proof of student status; I-94 and I-20 front and back copies( if non-resident alien); green card or I-151 front and back copies(if resident alien). |

Must be available to work between 7:00 am � 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, number of hours per day/week may vary depending on student class schedule and operational need. Work begins Monday June 14, 2010 and continues until Friday September 10, 2010. |
