Agate Apartments

Agate Apartments are a cluster of three-story cedar buildings with a total of twenty apartments, all with unique floorplans. These one- and two-bedroom apartments come Internet and cable ready. As a perk, these homes are located near several restaurants, a fenced-in playground, bus routes, a convenience store, a bakery, and a popular local ice cream shop. Agate Apartments are on the southeastern edge of campus across on 18th Avenue and near the historic Hayward Field.

We urge you to contact the electricity provider regarding deposit costs as they can vary.

Currently these units have a 12 month wait time.

Smoking and Pet Policy:

All University Housing communities and campus are smoke and tobacco-free. These units do not allow pets except for fish.

Rental rates are listed for the 2016-17 academic year.

Rates are subject to annual increases every July 1 for all apartments and houses.

When a housing offer has been made, a $75 security deposit, along with the non-refundable prorated first month’s rent, is required to secure the unit. No security deposit is required for Graduate Village. Specific assignments cannot be guaranteed.
