If you are an admissions applicant, you can apply online using DuckWeb once you've received your UO ID number and PAC number
supplied in letter from Admissions. To apply online you will need to pay the $30 application fee electronically, either with a
major credit card or an electronic check.

Please note: Law and AEI applicants do not have early access to DuckWeb, and thereby should
complete either a paper or PDF form.

If you are an undergraduate applicant you will automatically receive the
Residence Hall application guide in the mail after you apply for admission to the UO.
You may indicate on your admission application that you would like to receive the
Family Housing University Apartments application.
If you are a graduate applicant, you will automatically receive the Family
Housing and University Apartments application guide. You may indicate on
your Graduate Admissions Application that you would also like the Residence Hall
application guide.

Step 1

Apply for admission to the University of Oregon.
You do not need to be admitted to the University of Oregon before returning your
Housing application, although we cannot process your housing application if you have
not applied to the university.

Step 2

Fill out the application.
Be sure to check your eligibility before you fill out an application.
Send the following to University Housing:
- Completed application
- $30 non-refundable application fee
- Photocopy of proof of age (driver's license, birth certificate, passport, or other official identification)
- If Applicable: Photocopy of proof of custody (children's
birth certificate or custody documents)
- If Applicable: Photocopy of marriage certificate or domestic partnership affidavit

Step 3

Secure your housing when an offer is made.
All Family Housing and University Apartments except for Graduate Village
A $75 security deposit, along with the prorated first month's rent, is required to secure
the unit.
Graduate Village
The prorated first month's rent, is required to secure the unit.
Note: Assignments are made according to the
priority guidelines as vacancies occur.
Applicants who are not immediately assigned a unit will be placed on a waiting list.
Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee housing or a specific assignment.
If you are not immediately assigned a unit you will remain on the waiting list until
- you accept an offer or do not respond to or decline two offers
- you request to be taken off the waiting list
- you are no longer eligible for Family Housing and University Apartments
- you fail to respond to inquiry letters for profile updates
