East Campus Houses
For those who don't mind assuming the responsibilities that come with living in a house, including yard care, East Campus Houses may be the answer for you. In addition to our apartments, we offer a limited number of houses on quiet residential streets just east of campus. With most homes built in the 1920s to 1940s, each house has its own character. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Approved pets are allowed in East Campus houses. For more information about the pet policy, see page 6 of the Rental Agreement. Smoking is not permitted inside any house.
