Graduate Village is designed specifically for graduate students living on their own. Each unit features polished concrete floors, a modern bathroom and kitchen, and comfortable living and sleeping spaces. Graduate Village is located on the east side of campus within walking distance of the law school, all other graduate programs, and the recreation center, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants.
This community features exterior bicycle storage, a community courtyard, well-lit walkways to the heart of campus, on-site laundry facilities, and Internet. Additionally, these units are cable-ready.

All University Housing communities and campus are smoke and tobacco-free. These units do not allow pets except for fish.

Rates are subject to annual increases every July 1 for all apartments and houses.
When a housing offer has been made, a $75 security deposit, along with the non-refundable prorated first month’s rent, is required to secure the unit. No security deposit is required for Graduate Village. Specific assignments cannot be guaranteed.
