Leadership Opportunities

Family Housing and University Apartments offer ways to participate in your community and stay connected as a leader through volunteer positions and the Family Housing Board.

Family Housing & University Apartments Community Advisory Board (CAB)

The Family Housing Board meets once a term to discuss matters relating to family housing. The board is comprised of representatives of family housing residents, University Housing, and other students. Community Assistants

This position offers you an excellent opportunity for professional growth that is both challenging and rewarding. Being a CA means always being a positive role model of the university, both to the residents and the entire UO community. The CA position is a unique opportunity to gain transferable skills that apply to any profession, as well as free rent while in the position.
