Moon Court consists of three one and two-story buildings with a total of six townhouse and flat-style apartments. These cable-ready, apartments have on-site laundry facilities.

Smoking and Pet Policy:
All University Housing communities and campus are smoke and tobacco-free. These units do not allow pets except for fish.

Rates are subject to annual increases every July 1 for all apartments and houses.
When a housing offer has been made, a $75 security deposit, along with the non-refundable prorated first month’s rent, is required to secure the unit. No security deposit is required for Graduate Village. Specific assignments cannot be guaranteed.
