Sunday Oct 25th, 9:30am-12pm
Join other women at the SRC to learn how strength training can improve your overall health. Learn weight room etiquette and practice different exercises using machines, free weights and other fitness tools. Leave with a workout program that you have designed with the help of the SRC Personal Trainers. Do all this while the weight room is open exclusively to program participants.
