“What Role for Conflict Entrepreneurs in Post-Conflict Recovery in West Africa?”

Dr. Ndiaye is a Senegalese political scientist with research interests in state failure, state
collapse, and governance and state capacity in “weak” states in Africa. In addition to his
academic research, he has worked doing African Studies outreach work with K-12
educators and with the West African Research Association.
