The online application for University Housing residence halls for 2012-13 is available on DuckWeb.
New for 2012-13, only students who have been offered UO admission will be able to apply to live in University Housing residence halls. The application, residence hall contract, application fee and initial payment are all combined into an integrated online process.
How it works:
- Once offered admission by the university, students may log onto DuckWeb and access the "Housing" menu.
- In the "Housing" section of DuckWeb, they may fill out and submit an application, read and virtually sign the residence hall contract, and make an initial payment that includes the $50 application fee and $250 prepayment.
- When these steps are all complete, the student will have secured a residence hall space with University Housing for fall 2012-13. All three steps (application, contract and payment) must be complete to secure a space.
- University Housing will assign students their rooms during the summer of 2012, based on application data, academic residential programs, lifestyle interests, FIG choices, and other considerations. Room assignment information will be sent to students in August 2012.
