Application Guide
Be sure to:
- Sign and date your Application
- Double check your UO Identification number, it must match the number you received from UO Admissions
- Include $30 Application Fee (check or money order made payable to University of Oregon)
- Include UO ID number and name on the check
- Make a photocopy of the application for your records

Type or clearly print your UO Identification number (Assigned by UO Admissions),
your full name, gender, your cell and home phone number, and email address.

Mark the first term you plan to live in the residence halls.
(If you are interested in staying in the residence halls during the
summer, there is a seperate summer application available in April.)

If you have applied to University Housing before,
please indicate the term and year.
|
|
|
|

Check the school or programs you will be a participant of while
living in University Housing.
|
|
|
|

If you have a medical condition, disability, or specific need that requires special housing accomodations, please check the box so we can contact you for more information. Please note that all calls will be handeled discreetly; however, documentation may be required.

Clearly fill in the two-letter hall choice code for your first, second, and
third-choice special-interest halls (you may not write in a building name).
|
|
|
|

Give one answer to each question, even if you are requesting a single room or a
specific roommate.
|
|
|
|

If you would like to request a specific roommate, please print your roommate's
information. Your requested roommate must also select you, and list your UO ID number
on his or her application. If you leave this section blank, we will match you with a
roommate according to your answers to the roommate matching questions.

You may select up to three options from the list below, however, at least one of your choices must be a double. If your choices are not available you will probably be assigned a double room. Click here for price differences.
Room types are not guaranteed. Special-interest hall choices have precedence over room types.

Indicate if you are a participant in any special programs.

If you want to bring a car to campus, you will need an overnight parking permit.
Overnight on-campus parking is severely limited. Students who request an overnight
parking permit are placed on a waiting list based on their housing application date.
Due to limited space, not all students on the waiting list receive overnight
parking permits. Parking permits will be offered beginning in early July through
September as spaces become available.
