Every resident will be assigned a residence hall mailbox.
Mail service and forwarding may be interrupted during vacation periods.
To be certain that your mail is delivered in a prompt manner, be sure to address your mail properly and include
your mailbox number. Please follow the examples provided and avoid using nicknames or slang.
Due to limited storage space, we will not accept boxes or parcels for residents that have not yet arrived. Packages that arrive before you do will be returned.
To ensure that you receive your packages, remember that every time you move, you need to submit a change of address with companies you place orders with (e.g. Amazon, Netflix, Target, etc.). You should also note that FedEx and UPS do not forward packages and the US Postal Service will only forward mail and packages for six months.

Make sure you lock your doors but be careful not to lock yourself out.
If you are locked out of your room and the Housing Service Center is open,
you may check out a loan key for a short period of time.
If the Housing Service Center is closed, your RA can assist you.
After the third lock out for the year, you will be charged a $5 administrative fee for every additional lock out.
