Parking

Parking on campus is severely limited. Students who request an overnight parking permit will be placed on a waiting list based on their housing application date. Please note: due to limited space, not all students on the waiting list will receive an overnight parking permit.

All parking is first come, first serve by application date. Once a permit is granted through the University Housing waiting list, a permit is bought by the student at the Department of Public Safety.

• Daytime Parking Permit: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Overnight Parking Permit: 12:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m.
• No permit required in most lots from 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
• Exceptions: Lots 16, 5A and 42 require parking permits until 9:00 p.m.

Please note that all on-campus overnight parking permits will be forfeited if you choose to move out of the residence halls at any point during the academic year. For more detailed information regarding parking permit prices, visit the Department of Public Safety or call them at 6-5444.
