Room Types
Study lounges, television rooms, game areas, and laundry facilities are features in all of our buildings. All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, blinds, wastebasket, recycle bin, and a closet for each resident. Most halls are single-gender by floor or wing, except in Barnhart, LLC, and Riley halls, which are single-gender by room. All buildings are nonsmoking. To increase your chances of securing University Housing you should apply as early as possible.
Room and board rates shown are those for
the 2009-10 academic year with a standard meal plan. Actual rates for 2010-11
may vary.
