The residence halls offer an Internet connection that will not require the use of your phone line. Every room in every hall has an internet connection using Ethernet with no monthly cost. An Ethernet connection requires an Ethernet port which comes standard with most computers. If you are a UO student living in the Residence Halls, we can sell you network cables and cards and help you set your Ethernet up.

Wireless Ethernet connections are not currently available in all of the individual residence hall rooms but are available in many public spaces. For wireless access locations please see UO Wireless Network Map.
