University of Oregon Housing IT (ResNet Services) is a free service provided to students living in the residence halls and University Housing Apartments and Family Housing. Resnet also supports the IT needs of University Housing.
ResNet is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting services, and technical advice.
ResNet is staffed by four full-time employees and four to seven student team members, all of whom strive to uphold to the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. Our service desk is constantly evolving to better provide service to students and staff members.
