Instructions
Step 1
Be sure to carefully review the eligibility requirements and the rules of Room Race. The first time you login you will be asked to agree to the rules. Login using your UO student ID# and your access code (sent to your 'uoregon' email account on April 15) and fill out the online application. If you lose your access code, you can have it sent to you again.
Step 2
Specify a desired roommate. You can specify another same gender returning resident, a same gender new resident, or if you want to live in the new Gender Equity Hall, a returning resident of any gender.
Step 3
View available rooms, and then in May confirm your room selection. You will be able to view rooms on April 15, then after 6:00 p.m. on May 4 (if you are a Marathon Racer) or May 6 (if you are a 10K Racer) you will be able to select and confirm your room choice.
Step 4
Return your signed contract. Your contract will be delivered to your campus mailbox one or two days after Room Race ends. You will need to sign and return your contract with the $250 prepayment by June 12, 2009.
