Application Questions
You will need to respond to five application questions. These questions will be reviewed in order to determine whether or not we offer you an interview, so make sure you completely answer the question and best demonstrate your abilities as a candidate. The questions are:
- Describe a time when you needed to work, or otherwise operate, in a busy environment. Please share what made the environment busy and how you achieved your tasks despite this challenge.
- Please describe a time when you needed to complete a task without being provided enough information. How did you determine what you needed to do?

Social identities are defined as race, gender, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, neuro/physical ability status, religious/spiritual affiliation, age or nationality. In what ways did you see the world differently and how has that experience informed how you work with other people?
- Many times our teams will need to work together on tasks but they will not have a chance to see each other in person, due to work schedules being different. What do you need to consider when communicating with others that you work with, but will not see in person?
- Please describe your experience assisting customers with questions that they have. What do you feel is important when helping a customer who has questions?
