Spencer View is located less than a mile from the UO campus, adjacent to two schools and a large city park. It is also the home of the nationally recognized, private, non-profit Spencer View Co-op Family Center, which provides day care for children from eight weeks to ten years of age.
These apartments are separated into eight neighborhoods, each with its own laundry facility, community garden, attached storage space, and children's playground. In addition to the neighborhood playgrounds, the entire community shares a large playground and park adjacent to the expansive Eugene community center.
There are completely accessible units and all first floor apartments can be ADA adapted. Apartments are cable-ready and wired for Ethernet. They also feature kitchens with a window facing the neighborhood courtyard, as well as a living room that extends out to a private balcony or patio.
We urge you to contact the electricity provider regarding deposit costs as they can vary.
Usual wait time for Spencer View is 3-6 months. Please contact University Housing for more information.
