Summer Housing Check-in Guide 2008

All residents check in at the Living-Learning Center Area Desk
and will be required to sign the Summer Residence Hall Contract at check-in.
Note: Check-in for classes beginning Monday, June 23, is Sunday,
June 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For classes
beginning on any other day, you may check in from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00
p.m. the day before your classes start.
Residence hall room assignments are made at check-in. Double-occupancy rooms are
available for same-gender roommates and efforts are made to honor requests for
specific roommates. Single rooms are assigned if available at the time of arrival.

While checking in at the Area Desk, students may unload for a short time
in the turn-around.
For long-term parking, visit the Department of
Public Safety (DPS) to obtain a summer parking permit. For more information,
call DPS at (541) 346-5444.

Please do not arrive more than one day in advance of the start of your classes.
Payment is due within twenty-four hours after check-in. Students may pay to remain
in the halls for one day after the completion of their classes or workshop.
It will not be possible to check into the halls between 8:00 pm and 7:00 am.
