Connecting Smart TVs

Cable television is available in lounges in the residence halls. In student rooms smart TVs can be connected by ethernet cable.

If your TV has an Ethernet port, it can be registered manually via device registration. If you are unsure what type of connection your TV has, please refer to your owner’s manual. A TV without an ethernet port must use a USB 2.0 to ethernet adapter. When registering your device with a wired connection, the wired MAC address must be obtained.
