Amazon Packages
Amazon allows customers to use alternate package retrieval services aside from using the traditional mail service.
When selecting your shipping address, change the delivery option to using an “Amazon Pickup location” and then you can select any of the options that are presented to you. The university hosts a location in the New Residence Hall on the north side of the New Residence Hall on Agate Street.
UPS Packages
Packages delivered using UPS can be picked up from the UPS Customer Service Center, 1910 Nugget Way, Eugene, OR 97403. 800-742-5877
We recommend calling the center in advance with your tracking number so they can provide the best possible assistance. It is important to share that your service center is closed so it is not receiving mail, but you would like to pick up the package from the center. They will provide the package to you as long as you have ID and the tracking number.

FedEx ‘Hold At Location’
For FedEx packages, you are welcome to ask FedEx to hold your package at a secure location for pick up. The closest location for pickup is 1265 Willamette Street, Eugene, OR 97401
To do this, log into the FedEx website for holding packages. Go to the tracking page and enter your tracking number. After that you can select “Manage Delivery” and then “Hold at Location.” Then select the location above and you will be notified when your package is available for pick up at that location.

USPS “Hold for Pickup/Package Intercept”
The United States Postal Service also provides a service to hold packages for pickup. USPS requires an account to be made so be prepared to create an account at usps.com. Please use your mailing address as provided to create your account. The service can be found at https://retail-pi.usps.com/retailpi/actions/index.action
There are different post offices that serve different residence halls (Barnhart and Riley use a different post office than the rest of the residence halls). Please use your ZIP code to select the correct post office for pickup.
