Carson Dining

At the heart of campus, Carson Dining provides brunch, lunch, and dinner—featuring hearth-oven pizza, salads, and a variety of entrées. Carson Dining is open to students with any meal plan.

Carson Dining is located in Carson Hall. All University Housing dining venues are open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Meal plans, cash, Ducks Dine On, credit cards, and Duck Bucks are accepted.

On the Menu Every Day at Carson

Sandwich Bar: Build Your Own Dagwood
Assorted varieties of breads and bagels (including gluten-free breads), deli meats (including turkey, tuna, and ham), sliced cheeses, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and condiments.

Salad Bar: Build a Deluxe Salad
Spring mix, chopped romaine, spinach, assorted toppings including cherry tomatoes, garbanzo beans, broccoli, cucumbers, bell peppers, chopped eggs, bacon bits, croutons, and carrots. Assorted dressings including avocado cilantro, ranch, Caesar, balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Fruit, Yogurt, Juice, and Cereal Bar
Plain and vanilla yogurts, soy and oat yogurt, fresh-cut frozen fruits. Four variety of cereals, soy milk, oat milk, chocolate milk, and 2% milk. Orange juice, tropical fruit juice, lemonade, and apple juice.

Dessert and Frozen Yogurt
Assorted fresh-baked cookies, pastries, and cakes. Chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurt with chocolate syrup and assorted toppings.
