Checking In

Students check into University of Oregon residence halls

Checking In

Check your assignment email for your assigned check-in time and specific location. You will need your UO ID to check in and all students must check themselves in and receive their own keys. Please check My Housing or your email the day before for location information. Students will check in the day after they have received a negative COVID-19 test.

Parking and Unloading

Please use street parking and metered spots to unload and move in. Hand carts are available at the information tents; check your move-in map (available on the Pre-Arrival page) for locations. If you plan to park a vehicle on campus during the year, please visit Transportation Services to purchase your permit.

Late Move-In

If you will be arriving after September 28, you are considered a late arrival. You will need to complete and submit a Change in Arrival form on My Housing to prevent your assigned space from being canceled. If your plans change, please notify University Housing as soon as possible.
