Winter 2023 Dining Hiring Incentives

Earn more than $15 per hour working for Dining Services *
Pay raise for all students continuing employment from fall term: .25 per hour

$200 All Student Dining Staff Retention Incentive

  • Must have started work on or before February 20, 2023.
  • Must work in dining through finals week of winter term (minimum 10 hours per week, not including sick time).
  • Must maintain acceptable work performance and attendance.
  • $200 payment will be processed as wages through payroll and be reported and taxed accordingly.

* Equates to $15.15 per hour for continuing students who work an average of 13 hours per week for 11 weeks.

$100 Hiring Fair Bonus

  • Available to new hire Dining Services student staff.
  • Must be hired at the Hiring Fair (multiple dates TBA).
  • Hiring paperwork, orientation, and scheduling all done at the fair.
  • Must complete all paperwork.
  • Must complete four weeks of scheduled shifts (minimum 10 hours per week).

* Students may stack the hiring bonus with the retention bonus—an average of $15.59 per hour.
