Dave Koller (he/him/his) has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and history from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He worked in customer service and elementary education before moving to Oregon to get his master’s degree in conflict and dispute resolution from the University of Oregon School of Law and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Oregon PPPM program. Dave’s graduate studies were focused on managing disputes for students and public-sector employees through facilitated conversations and mediation. Outside of work, Dave enjoys cooking, hiking, road trips, video games, watching horror movies, and practicing photography.
