Tamarind

With delicious Thai-style curries, crispy coriander chicken, spiced pork belly, and sides like green papaya salad, pickled daikon and carrots, and fresh herbs, Tamarind’s menu warms the soul on the coldest of Pacific Northwest days.

Tamarind uses more than twenty different spices in the careful creation of our dishes. You won’t find a box of “curry spice” in our kitchen but you will find cardamom, cumin, galangal, coriander, ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, green chilies, garlic, and many more.

Tamarind is located in Unthank Hall. All University Housing dining venues are open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Meal plans, cash, Ducks Dine On, credit cards, and Duck Bucks are accepted.
